Meet your bread lady!
Good food has always been about more than what’s on the table. It’s how we care for people, bring them together, and make an ordinary day feel a little more special. Rosemary Bread Company was built around that idea.
Hi, I’m Kasey!
I’m the owner and baker behind Rosemary Bread Company. I started this little bakery because I love making the kind of food that makes people genuinely excited to eat it: fresh sourdough, warm focaccia, homemade pastries, and baked goods made from scratch in my own kitchen.
Before Rosemary Bread Company, my career looked very different. I worked as a police, fire, and medical emergency dispatcher, where I spent my days helping people through some of their hardest moments. I was honored to receive two Life Saver Awards during my time in emergency communications, and although baking is a much different kind of work, I’ve carried a lot from that career with me. I’m a problem solver by nature, I care deeply about people, and I’ve always wanted my work to feel meaningful. That philosophy has become a big part of Rosemary Bread Company.
I believe a small business can be more than a place where people buy things. Since starting Rosemary, I’ve had opportunities to use the bakery to support schools, nonprofits, families, and causes that matter to our community. Being able to bake something for someone’s table while also doing a little good along the way is one of my favorite parts of owning this business.
Everything you order from Rosemary Bread Company comes from a very small operation: me! I develop the recipes, answer the messages, shop for ingredients, make the dough, bake your orders, package everything, and occasionally wonder why I thought adding one more thing to the menu was a good idea.
Mostly, though, I’m incredibly grateful that people choose to bring something I made into their homes.
Thanks for supporting my little bakery. I hope you find something you love.
